Search with Pivot

Pivot is a searchable database of funding public and private opportunities accessible for all Northeastern researchers and students across all disciplines. You can create customized searches and have weekly reports of new opportunities emailed to you. Visit the Pivot YouTube page for training webinars and FAQs. Users must sign in via the Northeastern’s institutional account.

Additionally, users may curate their personal researcher profiles in Pivot to obtain reports on funding opportunities matched to their expertise and qualifications. Search with Academic Analytics

Academic Analytics Faculty Insight is a search tool that enables users to find targeted funding opportunities, discover suggested honorific awards, and locate subject-matter experts at Northeastern and globally. Scholar profiles in Faculty Insight are populated with scholarly activity sourced from Academic Analytics data. Users can update and curate pre-populated data, browse funding by keyword, and obtain personalized funding opportunity reports.

Foundation Directory Online

This is a subscription-based online funding research tool developed by the Foundation Center.  Researchers may search for private foundations using this website. The Library now has unlimited IP access for this research tool. For access, click here. The Library also has University wide access to the Grants for Individuals database, from Candid at this link. Researchers may also contact Northeastern’s Office of Corporate and Foundation Advancement for specialized searches.
